Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. After this window, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email) is required

Return Costs & Restocking Fee

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, cut, washed, or show signs of wear. We also do not accept returns for hygiene reasons in certain cases.
